ماما māmā

P ماما māmā = P مام mām (prob. fr. S. माम), s.f. Mother;—a respectful compellation for an old woman;—a woman who acts as a kind of general servant; a maid-servant:—mām-ě-nāf, or mām-nāf, s.f. A midwife:—mām-nāfī, s.f. Midwifery (=māmāʼī):—māmā-garī, s.f. The work of a maid-servant.

مومی momī

Waxen;—soft as wax; of the colour of wax;—(applied to chintz) prepared after stamping by covering the flowers with wax to prevent their being spoiled by other colours afterwards applied; sized (chintz; e.g. momī ćhīṅṭ, or simply momī):—momī motī, s.m. An imitation pearl of glass filled with wax.
