H موسل मूसल mūsal [Prk. मूसलं; S. मुसलं], s.m. A pestle; a long heavy wooden pestle used for husking rice, &c.;—a club:—mūsal-dhār, or mūsal-dhārā, s.m.=mūslā-dhār, and musal-dhār, qq.v.

A مثل mis̤l (v.n. of مثل 'to compare,' &c.), adj. Like, resembling; alike, similar, analogous (to);—s.f. Likeness, similitude;—a bundle of papers on one case, a file:—mis̤l-ě-mutafarriqa, s.f. A file of miscellaneous proceedings:—mis̤l murattab karnā (-kī), To file the proceedings (of a case), to prepare or arrange the file (of a case):—mis̤l murattab honā, or mis̤l bannā (-kī), The file of proceedings (of a case) to be prepared or arranged:—mis̤l-ě-muqaddama, s.f. The file or record of a case:—mis̤l-meṅ shāmil karnā, or shāmil-ě-mis̤l karnā, To file with the record (of the case), to place on the record.

A مصلح muṣlěḥ (act. part. of اصلح 'to make good, right, &c.; to rectify, correct,' &c., iv of صلح 'to be or become good,' &c.), s.m. One who does well, rightly, justly, or properly, &c. (in); an adjuster, rectifier, reformer, corrector, restorer; a mediator, adviser, arbiter, pacifier, reconciler;—a corrective; an antidote;—adj. Sound, good, healthy, wholesome.
