P نگون nigūn [Zend gaona with ni; S. निगुण], adj. Turned, inverted; hanging downwards; upside-down:—nigūn-baḵẖt, adj. Hapless, unfortunate; helpless:—nigūn-sār (or by contract. nigū-sār), adj. & s.m. Hanging down the head (from shame, &c.); inverted, upside-down, topsy-turvy;—one who hangs down his head (from shame, &c.):—nigūn-t̤ālěʻ, adj. Of unhappy lot, unlucky.
