(orig.), 'A polisher, furbisher'; (in Hind. and Persian) polishing, polish, cleaning (arms or tools); furbishing;—a polishing instrument:—ṣaiqal karnā, v.t. To polish, furbish:—ṣaiqal-gar (corr. siklī-gar), s.m. Cleaner, polisher, furbisher (of arms, armour, or tools); an armourer.
