A شريك sharīk (v.n. fr. شرك 'to share,' &c.), adj. & s.m. Confederate, united, joint, concerned (in);—a sharer, participator, partaker (with); a partner, co-partner, an associate, a colleague, comrade, ally, a confederate, an accomplice, accessory; a member (of a community); a friend:—sharīkuʼr-rāʼe, adj. & s.m. Of the same opinion;—a person of the same opinion (as another):—sharīk rahnā, v.n. To live together:—sharīk-ě-shikmī, s.m. Joint owner; coparcener; joint sub-lessee:—sharīk karnā, v.t.
