Counting, reckoning, computing, numbering; calculation, amount, number; account, note, estimation:—shumār karnā, v.t. To number, reckon, count, compute, enumerate; to regard; to include (in, -meṅ), to take into account; to think anything of:—shumār-kunanda, s.m. (in Arith.)
