تلف talaf
A تلف talaf, s.m. Perishing; ruin, destruction, loss; profusion, prodigality, waste, consumption, expense:—talafuʼl-māl ḵẖalafuʼl-ʻumr, The loss of riches is the prolongation of life:—talaf karnā or kar-denā, v.t. To ruin, destroy; to waste, consume:—talaf honā, v.n. To perish, to be destroyed or ruined; to be wasted; to meet with a loss, be unfortunate.
