ترازو tarāzū
P ترازو tarāzū [tar = Zend taro = S. तिरस्], s.m. Scale, balance, pair of scales:—tarāzū honā or ho-jānā (-meṅ), To be evenly balanced; to go quite through, or to pierce (an object), and be out equally on both sides (an arrow, &c.); to hit the mark.
ترجيع tarjīʻ
A ترجيع tarjīʻ, [inf. n. ii of رجع 'to return,' &c.], s.f. Causing to return or recur, &c.:—tarjīʻ-band, s.m. A kind of stanza in which one line occurs at stated intervals. (It is, perhaps, only in this compound that the word tarjīʻ occurs in Urdū).
