H ٿونا टोना ṭonā, टौना ṭaunā [S. तन्त्र+कः], s.m. Charm, spell, enchantment (cf. ṭoṭkā), necromancy, magic, witchcraft; fascination; a marriage song:—ṭone ulaṭnā (-ke), To nullify or ward off enchantments or spells:—ṭone-bāz, s.m. An enchanter, magician, necromancer, wizard, conjurer, juggler (=ṭonhā):—ṭonā-ṭāman, s.m.=ṭonā-ṭānī, s.f. Charms and spells; hocus-pocus, juggling.
