ارفاه irfāh

A ارفاه irfāh [inf. n. iv of رفه 'to lead an easy life'], s.m. Bestowing affluence; comforting, cherishing;—enjoyment of ample means and tranquillity.

اعراف aʻrāf

A اعراف aʻrāf, s.m. Purgatory (according to Moḥammadans), a wall intervening between heaven and hell.

عارف ʻārif act. part. of عرف 'to know,' c.

& s.m. Knowing, wise, sagacious, ingenious; skilled in divine matters, possessing knowledge of God and of his kingdom and of the way of dealing well with him; pious, devout;—one skilled in divine things; a holy man, a saint.
