H اترا उतरा utrā (from اترنا utarnā), part. adj. Worn, aged, faded; dismissed from office; degraded, disgraced, &c.—utrā shahna mardak nām, prov. A dismissed superintendent of police is styled (or considered) a nobody, 'out of place out of grace.'
