A measuring chain (of 20 gaṭṭās or 60 Hindūstānī yards=55 English yards); a land measure (one square jarīb = one standard bīghā); a corn measure of 384 mudds or about 768 lbs.:—jarīb pheṅknā, jarīb ḍālnā, v.n.
