aa.iye āsmāñ kī or chaleñ
saath le kar zamīñ kā shor chaleñ
chāñd ulfat kā isti.āra hai
jis kī jānib sabhī chakor chaleñ
yuuñ dabe paañv aa.ī terī yaad
jaise chupke se shab meñ chor chaleñ
dil kī duniyā ajiib duniyā hai
aql ke us pe kuchh na zor chaleñ
sabz-rut chhā.ī yuuñ un āñkhoñ kī
jis tarah naach naach mor chaleñ
tum bhī yuuñ mujh ko aa ke le jaao
jaise le kar patañgeñ Dor chaleñ
