اس نے بھیجے ہیں لال پھول ہمیں
ایک لڑکی کا خواب ہیں ہم بھی
کوئی سمجھے نہیں فضول ہمیں
اس قدر یاد کر رہے ہو تم
یعنی جاؤ گے تم بھی بھول ہمیں
ہم ہیں خوشبو ہوا کے دوش پہ ہیں
جلد کر لیجیے وصول ہمیں
مختصر کیجئے کہانی کو
آپ تو دے رہے ہیں طول ہمیں
راہ تیری نہیں تکیں گے ہم
شرط یہ بھی تری قبول ہمیں
اور کچھ رنگ شعر میں آئے
زندگی اور کر ملول ہمیں
