اے صبا کہہ بہار کی باتیں
اس بت گل عذار کی باتیں
کس پہ چھوڑے نگاہ کا شہباز
کیا کرے ہے شکار کی باتیں
مہربانی سیں یا ہوں غصے سیں
پیاری لگتی ہیں یار کی باتیں
چھوڑتے کب ہیں نقد دل کوں صنم
جب یہ کرتے ہیں پیار کی باتیں
پوچھیے کچھ کہیں ہیں کچھ ناجیؔ
آ پڑیں روزگار کی باتیں
