چاروں اور اندھیرا نکلا
جانے کہاں سویرا نکلا
سوچ کی تہہ میں سوچ تھی شامل
ہر گھیرے میں گھیرا نکلا
اس کے دل میں اپنا کیا تھا
کچھ تیرا کچھ میرا نکلا
گاؤں سے اک ناگن نکلی
شہر سے ایک سپیرا نکلا
جو بھی آیا پھر نہیں لوٹا
دل بھی کیسا ڈیرا نکلا
اپنا رفیعؔ اس شہر میں جانا
جوگی والا پھیرا نکلا
