دل دھڑکتا سنائی دیتا ہے
ایک رستہ دکھائی دیتا ہے
ان کو معراج آدمی بھی دے
جن کو ذوق خدائی دیتا ہے
میں بھی تنہا اداس آوارہ
چاند چھت سے دہائی دیتا ہے
عشق ہے کھیل خوش گمانی کا
سانپ سیڑھی دکھائی دیتا ہے
کون دیتا ہے خواب آنکھوں کے
کون ساری کمائی دیتا ہے
