جہاں سے الگ اک جہاں چاہتا ہوں
زمیں اور نیا آسماں چاہتا ہوں
اندھیرے مجھے راس آنے لگے ہیں
کہ میں روشنی کا زیاں چاہتا ہوں
کہیں ظلم ہو لوگ آواز اٹھائیں
کہ میں سب کے منہ میں زباں چاہتا ہوں
مرے دل کو بھاتی ہیں امواج سرکش
سمندر ہوں کوہ گراں چاہتا ہوں
