مری میان میں میرا بیان رہتا ہے
مری میان میں میرا بیان رہتا ہے
مرے جگر میں تو ہندوستان رہتا ہے
اس ایک بات پہ میں فخر کرتا آیا ہوں
مری زمیں پہ کوئی آسمان رہتا ہے
ڈٹی نظر جھکی گردن مزاج بت کی طرح
یہ کس جہان میں سارا جہان رہتا ہے
کیاریاں نہیں پر پھول خوب ہیں وتسلؔ
کہ جنگلوں میں بھی اک گلستاں رہتا ہے
