nahīñ nibāhī ḳhushī se ġhamī ko chhoḌ diyā
tumhāre baa'd bhī maiñ ne ka.ī ko chhoḌ diyā
hoñ jo bhī jaan kī jaañ vo gumān hote haiñ
sabhī the jaan kī jaañ aur sabhī ko chhoḌ diyā
shu.ūr ek shu.ūr-e-fareb hai so to hai
ġharaz ki āgahī nā-āgahī ko chhoḌ diyā
ḳhayāl-o-ḳhvāb kī andeshgī ke sukh jhele
ḳhayāl-o-ḳhvāb kī andeshgī ko chhoḌ diyā
nahin nibahi KHushi se ghami ko chhoD diya

hon jo bhi jaan ki jaan wo guman hote hain
