पहचान का असासा वो जब हार आएगा
चेहरे नए ख़रीदने बाज़ार आएगा
रंगों के क़ाफ़िले नहीं अब मेरे हम-सफ़र
हमराह एक बर्ग-ए-अज़्ज़ा-दार आएगा
नामूस-ए-सुब्ह-ए-कर्बला अपनी रिदा सँभाल
चल कर अभी तो शाम का दरबार आएगा
दीवार ओ दर में देर से सरगोशियाँ सी हैं
फ़ातेह क़बीलों का कोई सरदार आएगा
मफ़्तूह बस्तियों पे है यलग़ार की घड़ी
गलियों में एक लश्कर-ए-जर्रार आएगा
मैं संग-ए-रह नहीं जो उठा कर तू फेंक दे
मैं ऐसा मरहला हूँ जो सौ बार आएगा
बच्चे जवान हो गए ना-ताक़ती के साथ
कब बाज़ुओं में ज़ोर-ए-अलम-दार आएगा
