پہلے تو جستہ جستہ بھول گیا
اور پھر سارا رستہ بھول گیا
بن رہا تھا میں جال خوابوں کا
باہر آنے کا رستہ بھول گیا
شہر دل سے چلا گیا اک شخص
آئینہ اک شکستہ بھول گیا
ہاں خریدا تھا عشق کا سودا
وہ تھا مہنگا کہ سستا بھول گیا
مکتب عشق آ گیا ہوں میں
دل ناداں کا بستہ بھول گیا
حسن کی بارگاہ میں اے سعیدؔ
تو بھی تھا دست بستہ بھول گیا
