شام تک آسمان سونا تھا
رات کو چاندنی ہوئی ایجاد
پہلے سورج نے دھوپ بانٹی پھر
پیڑ بھی چھاؤں بھی ہوئی ایجاد
رب نے تجھ کو بنایا پھر سوچا
ہائے کیا سادگی ہوئی ایجاد
پہلے آئی کنویں پہ پنہارن
پھر مری پیاس بھی ہوئی ایجاد
