پیکر ہے انسان نہیں ہے
پیکر ہے انسان نہیں ہے
پتھر ہے بھگوان نہیں ہے
وحشت کا سایہ ہے لپٹا
سر پر اب قرآن نہیں ہے
ایماں کا بھی حال نہ پوچھو
وہ دل کا مہمان نہیں ہے
سجدہ جس پر کریں جبینیں
کمتر وہ استھان نہیں ہے
آئے یہاں اور بس نہ پائے
ایسا ہندوستان نہیں ہے
سب پر بھاری ایک قلندر
جو میر و سلطان نہیں ہے
راگؔ یہ اپنا دل ہے روشن
یہ جلتا شمشان نہیں ہے
