روز اب آگ پہ چلنا ہوگا
اسی ماحول میں پلنا ہوگا
راستہ تم کو بدلنا ہوگا
ورنہ کانٹوں پہ ہی چلنا ہوگا
کچھ دکھائی نہیں دیتا ہے یہاں
دشت ظلمت سے نکلنا ہوگا
ہم اگر حوصلہ بردار رہے
چڑھتے سورج کو بھی ڈھلنا ہوگا
دھندھ میں گم ہوا منزل کا سراغ
اب ہمیں ہاتھ ہی ملنا ہوگا
سیر گلشن کی اجازت نہیں اب
گھر میں ہی تم کو ٹہلنا ہوگا
اس کی فرقت میں تمہیں اب زینتؔ
جھوٹے وعدوں سے بہلنا ہوگا
