سفر ٹھہرے تو کچھ منزل کی سوچوں
ذہن خاموش ہو تو دل کی سوچوں
گزرتا وقت رکتا ہی کہاں ہے
میں کیسے وقت کے حاصل کی سوچوں
بہت دن سے طوفانوں میں گھرا ہوں
چلو کچھ دیر تو ساحل کی سوچوں
یہاں منصف بھی مجرم سا لگے ہے
میں کسے امید پر قاتلانہ کی سوچوں
کہاں آسان ہے خود کو سمجھنا
بڑی مشکل سے اس مشکل کی سوچوں
