इधर भी अहल-ए-जुनूँ सर बदलते रहते हैं
बदलते रहते हैं पोशाक दुश्मन-ए-जानी
मगर जो दोस्त हैं पैकर बदलते रहते हैं
हम एक बार जो बदले तो आप रूठ गए
मगर जनाब तो अक्सर बदलते रहते हैं
ये दबदबा ये हुकूमत ये नश्शा-ए-दौलत
किराया-दार हैं सब घर बदलते रहते हैं
