اس نے رخ سے ہٹا کے بالوں کو
اس نے رخ سے ہٹا کے بالوں کو
راستہ دے دیا اجالوں کو
moving her tresses from her face
for the rays of light she made place
جاتے جاتے جو مڑ کے دیکھ لیا
اور الجھا دیا خیالوں کو
turning back she looked while going away
and sent my thoughts into a deeper fray
ایک ہلکی سی مسکراہٹ سے
اس نے حل کر دیا سوالوں کو
when a slight smile on her lips did play
all my questions were answered today
مر گئے ہم تو دیکھ لینا تم
یاد آئیں گے حسن والوں کو
If I die, then, 'Shafaq' you will see
All the beauties will remember me
