اٹھ چکا ہے پڑاؤ خوابوں کا
اٹھ چکا ہے پڑاؤ خوابوں کا
ہم ہیں اور سلسلہ سرابوں کا
آگہی ہے صلیب جذبوں کی
زندگی ہے سفر عذابوں کا
فکر یہ ہے سکوں سے رات کٹے
ذکر چلتا ہے انقلابوں کا
شہر اپنا ہرا بھرا اک باغ
چلتے پھرتے ہوئے گلابوں کا
چاندنی کے سبھی چراغوں میں
خون جلتا ہے آفتابوں کا
خواہشوں کا غلام نکلا یاسؔ
شاہزادہ کسی کے خوابوں کا
