وفا کو جگمگانا چاہتے ہیں
وفا کو جگمگانا چاہتے ہیں
ہم اپنا دل جلانا چاہتے ہیں
ہمیں تم اپنے دامن میں چھپا لو
مسافر ہیں ٹھکانہ چاہتے ہیں
پرانے زخم بھر جانے سے پہلے
نئی اک چوٹ کھانا چاہتے ہیں
تمہاری یاد کے سیال موتی
میری پلکوں تک آنا چاہتے ہیں
در دل پر کھڑے ہیں غم ہزاروں
یہ پنچھی آشیانہ چاہتے ہیں
یہ آنکھیں اور بھر آتی ہیں بسملؔ
اگر ہم مسکرانا چاہتے ہیں
