زندگی جب بھی آزماتی ہے
کچھ نہ کچھ تو ہمیں سکھاتی ہے
ہر حقیقت سمجھ میں آتی ہے
موت جب آئنہ دکھاتی ہے
ایک ننھی پری ہے آنگن میں
جو مرے گھر کو گھر بناتی ہے
کوئی پاگل لہر کنارے پر
جانے کیا لکھتی ہے مٹاتی ہے
سرپھری ہو گئی ہے اک لڑکی
وہ ہوا میں دیا جلاتی ہے
