سب ذہنوں میں بچپن کے
کچھ نقش پرانے ہوتے ہیں
کچھ شیریں کچھ تلخی والے
لاکھوں قصے ہوتے ہیں
جب بھی ہم ان قصوں کو
دہراتے ہیں
ان کے سب کردار
ہمیں یاد آ جاتے ہیں
دانیہؔ زینہؔ گلؔ اور یوسفؔ
تم بتلاؤ
کیا تم لوگوں کے قصوں میں
میرا بھی کردار کہیں ہے
