جان لیوا ایک جھاڑی
جس کا مصرف کچھ نہیں
اور پیدائش نہیں مطلق بھی محتاج زمیں
یہ ہے خود رو
دم زدن میں
یک بہ یک اگ آئے اپنے آپ ہی
اس جگہ یا اس جگہ کیوں ہر کہیں
جس پہ آید شرط موسم بھی نہیں
پھول پتے سب زہریلے بہت
زہر بھی وہ ہر سم قاتل سے بڑھ کر زود اثر
اس پہ کانٹے
اور کانٹوں کی چبھن خونخوار نیزوں سے زیادہ تیز تر
