میں بہت دیر سے کھڑا یوںہی
جانے کیا تک رہا تھا ساحل پر
سرد جھونکے ہوا کے چپکے سے
آ کے ٹکرائے جسم سے میرے
مجھ کو محسوس یہ ہوا اس دم
جیسے کچھ لکھ گئے ہوں میرے لیے
تھے بہت لوگ یوں تو ساحل پر
صرف میں ہی مگر اداس سا تھا
