آنکھیں تڑپ اٹھی ہیں اندھیرے میں ڈوب کر
کمرے میں اور کوئی نہیں کوئی ہے مگر
دیوار و در پہ ہانپ رہا ہے عجیب ڈر
میں سوچتا ہوں بھاگ ہی جاؤں مگر کدھر
ٹوٹا ہوا پڑا ہے مرا جسم فرش پر
