میں بہرا ہوں جناب
شاعری کو ہم سمجھتے ہیں جو روحانی غذا
بعض لوگوں کے لئے ہو جاتی ہے اکثر عذاب
ٹرین میں میں نے کسی سے یہ کہا شاعر ہوں میں
سن کے وہ منہ پھیر کر بولا میں بہرا ہوں جناب
