اے مرے دشمن جاں
میں تجھے اور تو کچھ کہہ نہیں سکتا لیکن
کاش تقدیر کبھی تجھ کو دکھائے وہ دن
جب مہذب سی طوائف کوئی
اپنے پیشہ کی مذمت کر کے
تجھ سے اظہار محبت کر کے
تیرے اعصاب پہ نشے کی طرح چھا جائے
اور تجھے
اس کی محبت کا یقیں آ جائے
اے مرے دشمن جاں
