لمبی راتیں ٹوٹ چکیں
بھیگا چھجا سوکھ گیا
دھوپ کے چڑھنے کا بھی وقت
رفتہ رفتہ بدل گیا
پیڑوں کی شاخوں سے گر کر
پتوں کا اک ڈھیر لگا
سر پر چاندی نے دکھلائی
اک تاریکی ایک سفیدی
ماضی اور ہوا دھندلا
جب جب موسم ختم ہوئے
کپڑے دھوپ میں ڈال دئے
