تہذیب جب طبقات میں بٹ جاتی ہے تو خیالات کی نوعیت بھی طبقاتی ہو جاتی ہے اور جس طبقے کا غلبہ معاشرے کی مادی قوتوں پر ہوتا ہے، اسی طبقے کا غلبہ ذہنی قوتوں پر بھی ہوتا ہے۔
