باتیں کہی کہی سی ہیں
پھر بھی نئی نئی سی ہیں
ان کی محفل اپنی آنکھ
دونوں بھری بھری سی ہیں
رہ رو کا کیا ذکر یہاں
راہیں تھکی تھکی سی ہیں
دل ہے امڑا امڑا سا
آنکھیں بجھی بجھی سی ہیں
ان کی جفائیں بھی علویؔ
کتنی بھلی بھلی سی ہیں
