H چوکا चौका ćaukā [Prk. चउक्खअं; S. चतुष्क+कं], s.m. An aggregate of four, a four (e.g. do ćaukā aṭṭhā);—a square piece of ground; the space in which a Hindū cooks and eats his victuals (the ground being first plastered with mud and cowdung); a square slab of marble or other stone;—the four front teeth;—the cube of the measure called bāṅs:—ćaukā-bartan karnā, To make a ćaukā (i.e. to plaster and prepare a space for cooking) and scrub the pots and pans.
