A tail; end or extremity (of anything); the outer corner (of the eye); the shank (of a sword, or dagger, &c.); the rudder (of a ship); hinder part or rear (of a saddle, &c.);—adv. After, behind, in pursuit (=pīćhe):—dumbāla-dār, adj. Having a tail, tailed:—sitāra-ě-dumbāla-dār, 'A star having a tail,' a comet.
