A passing, passing over, crossing; a passage; passing of time or of life; living, subsisting;—stay, abode;—a ferry; ferry-boat; a toll-bar:—guẕāra karnā, To effect a passage, to cross over; to get through or across;—to live, to subsist (on, -se); to drag out (one's) days (by means of, -se), to subsist with difficulty:—guzāre-kā ghāṭ, A ferry:—guẕāre-kī shakl nikālnā, To hit on (or to discover) a means of living:—guẕāre-kī nāʼo, A ferry-boat.
