قورمه qorma

H قورمه qorma = H قورما qormā (for Turk. qawurma), s.m. A brown stew seasoned with condiments; a highly spiced curry without turmeric and with little or no gravy:—qorma-pulāʼo, s.m. A very rich pulāʼo made of qorma.
