H ادهيڙنا उधेड़ना udheṛnā (caus. of udhaṛnā), 1˚ v.n.=udhaṛnā, q.v.;—2˚ v.t. To undo, unsew, unravel, unpick (sewing), untwist, unknot; to pull to pieces; to lay open, unfold, disclose, expose; to strip off, skin, flay, pluck, rip, excoriate, bark; to pull off the upper part of (as the crust of a cake, or the roof of a house); to pull up; open again (as a grave, &c.); to ruin, destroy; to impoverish, reduce to poverty; to waste, squander, dissipate, scatter, make away with, plunder:—udher-lenā, Idem:—udheṛ-ḍālnā, intens. of udheṛnā, v.t. To pluck out, pull up or off, rip open, lay quite bare, &c. (see udheṛnā).

To be taken out or off; to be or become unrolled, unravelled, untwisted, unwound; to be torn off, be laid or ripped open, be excoriated, peeled, flayed (the skin); to open out, unravel, come undone (sewing); to be untied, be separated, be divorced; to be ruined or destroyed; to be spent, exhausted, dissipated, squandered:—udhaṛ-jānā = udhaṛnā, and is the more common form.
