ازاله izāla
A ازاله izāla [inf. n. iv of زال for زول 'to depart,' &c.], s.m. Removing; annulling; taking away; removal; abolition; (in Gram.) elision of a letter or of a vowel point from a word:—izāla-i-amān, s.m. Forfeiture:—izāla-i-bikr, s.m. Depriving of virginity, deflowering:—izāla-i-bikr karnā, v.t. To deprive of virginity, to deflower; to commit a rape:—izāla-i-ḥais̤iyat-i-ʻurfī, s.m. Robbing of one's good name, defamation:—izāla karnā, v.t. To remove, annul, abolish, take away, deprive; to put away.
