اک مصیبت ہے میرے تیں درپیش
پان تو لیتا جا فقیروں کے
برگ سبز است تحفۂ درویش
ایک دم مہر برسوں تک کینہ
یوں ہی گزری ہے اپنی اس کی ہمیش
فکر کر زاد آخرت کا بھی
میرؔ اگر تو ہے عاقبت اندیش
