manzilen bhi ye shikasta baal-o-par bhi dekhna

thoDi si is taraf bhi nazar honi chahiye

wo ek sham jo pardes mein utarti hai

wo gard hai ki waqt se ojhal to main bhi hun

wo ek shaKHs ki manzil bhi rasta bhi hai

wo dasht-e-karb-o-bala mein utarne deta nahin

bhaTak rahi hai ata KHalq-e-be-aman phir se

uske ishq mein nam maqam ke nate bhul gae hain
