تحقيق taḥqīq

A تحقيق taḥqīq [inf. n. ii of حق 'to be just, right, &c.'], s.f. Ascertaining, verifying the truth (of); ascertainment, inquiry, investigation, trial, verification; exactness, precision; truth, fact, certainty;—adj. Carefully ascertained or verified, well-established; authentic, true, actual, real, indubitable, sure, certain;—adv. For a fact, truly, indeed, certainly:—taḥqīq karnā (-kī), To make inquiry or investigation; to inquire (into), to ascertain, to investigate; to verify; to make sure (of).
