وافر wāfir act. part. of وفر 'to become full, or complete,' c.

A وافر wāfir (act. part. of وفر 'to become full, or complete,' &c.), adj. Abundant, plentiful, exuberant, copious;—much, many;—rich, opulent, wealthy;—ample, large, vast;—s.m. A species of (Arabic) metre, 'the exuberant, the cæsura of which is mufāʻalatun (̆¯̆̆¯) six times repeated.

وفور wufūr pl. of wafr, q.v.
